IT’S NEVER BEEN THE SAME SINCE HE CAME

Long ago in a far away land, a very special child was born.

IT’S NEVER BEEN THE SAME SINCE HE CAME.

A special star shown in the sky, it still shines again this special time of year.

IT’S NEVER BEEN THE SAME SINCE HE CAME.

The angels came to give the good news; the long awaited king had come.

IT’S NEVER BEEN THE SAME HE CAME.

Though we were not here on earth at the time, God knew we would need Him one day too.

IT’S NEVER BEEN THE SAME SINCE HE CAME.

His life here on earth was not very long, but what He taught us remains strong.

IT’S NEVER BEEN THE SAME SINCE HE CAME.

He left the HOLY SPIRIT; He left us, hope, faith and love. He still sends us

Blessing after blessing from heaven above.

IT’S NEVER BEEN THE SAME SINCE HE CAME.

He gave us a chance to have a brand new life; He told us He is the way, the truth and the light.

IT’S NEVER BEEN THE SAME SINCE HE CAME.

We celebrate His coming; we glorify His holy birth, oh in the name of Jesus we pray.

IT’S NEVER BEEN THE SAME SINCE HE CAME.

Now, when you think of Jesus birth, the star, the angels and those who came to see, remember He came for us, He lived for us, He died for us and one day He will return for us.

IT’S NEVER BEEN THE SAME SINCE HE CAME.

And so we praise and thank God for lending us His son, He searched and searched for one to send but Jesus was the only one!

Think of how He suffered, bled and died for us, all because He loved us and wanted us to see, the only life worth living is the one we live for Him.

IT’S NEVER BEEN THE SAME SINCE HE CAME.

And so another Christmas time, we tell the story once again. But, still it fills our heart and touches our soul and makes us want to tell the good news over and over again.

IT’S NEVER BEEN THE SAME SINCE HE CAME!!!
